English Language Challenges
When I entered the university I already had a basic level of English that I had learned on my own, usually by watching television, movies and listening to music, also reinforced by the classes I had taken at school. About my experience learning English at the university I was able to improve my level and I hope that with the learning I acquired it will be permanent. With the use of blogs they helped me to practice the writing and grammar of the language, in addition to being able to interact with my classmates through the comments.
The aspects that I need to improve in English is the
pronunciation, although I know the proper pronunciation when speaking,
sometimes I pronounce the words incorrectly due to lack of practice and bad
habits. I plan to improve my pronunciation by watching videos and listening to
music in English, read aloud, record myself speaking in English to see my
mistakes, practice with a friend, break words into syllables to see how they
are pronounced properly, pay attention to intonation and the accents, if it is
possible to speak with a native speaker.
These days I use English a lot, I always try to watch movies
in their original language with English subtitles to practice the language,
sometimes I read books in English. Sometimes, I have to read documents to study
in English, so I use English both in my daily life and at university. I know
that by learning this language you can expand communication, it opens doors to
multitudes of people on a personal and professional level.

Hi Claudia, i`m so proud that you improved your English and i agreee with you that English give people a lot of opportunities :)
